Nicole Brose

Nicole Brose, Sheeco Events

Nicole is the co-founder and co-CEO of Sheeco Events, a sustainable events company based in Nashville, TN, and Seattle, WA. She is a seasoned sustainability expert with over a decade of experience in event production,  facility management, and project management. She began her career at Walt Disney World, operating attractions like the iconic Teacups. It was this experience that helped her to discover a love for creating unique and memorable experiences. 

Early in her career, Nicole gained invaluable experience working at music festivals like Austin City Limits and community events like the Ann Arbor Summer Festival. She later managed the Nashville offices for Paramount, including CMT, where she pioneered sustainability programs for live productions such as the CMT Music Awards. She later spent four years as a nonprofit program manager, contributing to high-profile projects like the Tom Ford Plastic Innovation Prize. 

Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida’s esteemed hospitality program and later earned a graduate degree in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University.

In 2021, Nicole and her business partner, Diana Andrew, formed Sheeco Events. This sustainable events firm specializes in creating high-impact experiences while ensuring a low environmental footprint, with a proven track record of achieving a >95% waste diversion rate. Their services include sustainable event design and execution, waste diversion plans, food rescue efforts, and engaging webinars.

Through Sheeco Events, Nicole proudly challenges the limits of sustainable event production, designing experiences that seamlessly blend social and environmental responsibility with flawless event management. Creating unforgettable and meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impact, Sheeco Events is dedicated to crafting both large community celebrations and intimate gatherings.
