What is Paperless Post Plus?
Paperless Post Plus is a bundle of advanced guest management and customization tools that let you personalize your invitation or greeting card and plan your event with ease. After you choose your Card or Flyer design, look for the Paperless Post Plus P+ logo to add a Plus feature to your invitation—like Premium Blocks that highlight wedding party members or speakers for a fundraising event. Once you add any Plus feature, you’ll gain access to all of our sophisticated guest management and customization tools.

Add additional details with Premium Blocks
Premium Blocks keep your Paperless Post invitations organized, informative, and personalized. Provide the details guests need in a format that’s easy to read—and easy to design—when you add one of the Blocks described below.
Photo Gallery Block
One photo isn’t always enough, especially when you’re sharing updates about your kids, or have an assortment of engagement photos that perfectly highlight your love. That’s why a Photo Gallery Block conveniently lets you add up to 20 images for recipients to click through and enjoy.
Video Block
Planning an upcoming product launch party? Or want to thank guests for attending your wedding with a video highlight reel? Both occasions could use a Video Block!
Include a clip from your wedding video or a marketing video for a new product you’ll be premiering at your event. Just upload any video file up to 25MB in size, or embed a link from YouTube or Vimeo.
Speakers Block
If your next event features a keynote speaker, or a group of speakers providing their expertise on a topic, add a Speaker Block to include each speaker’s photo, bio, website link, social media, and any other information your guests may want to know about them. You can also add links to their books or products, which may even incentivize other speakers to want to be added to the lineup!
Wedding Party Block
Are you using Paperless Post for your wedding invitations? Add a Wedding Party Block to introduce the key members of your main event—just add the role, a photo, and a bio for each person.
A Wedding Party Block also lets guests know who to look out for at the wedding ceremony or other wedding-related festivities, like the bachelorette party or bridal shower if they have questions or need anything.
Sponsors Block
Thank the sponsors of your upcoming charity fundraiser with a Sponsors Block. You can add their company logos by uploading files under 20 MB to showcase each sponsor. Then, group them into tiers and add brief descriptions about each company or organization to let recipients know more about them.
Gather information with Guest Surveys
Enable Guest Surveys to ask guests specific questions to respond to along with their RSVPs. You can gather information about dietary restrictions, offer a choice of meals for guests to choose from, and so much more. As you’re editing your invitation details, select “Ask your guests questions” and choose either the “Multiple choice” or “Checkboxes” option to create a Guest Survey asking invitees to choose an answer from a list of options.
Create an event page with custom URLs
If you were already planning on creating a wedding website or event page for your party, look no further than Paperless Post Plus. Create a custom URL for your invitation to transform it into a one-stop webpage for everything about your event. Then, remind guests to refer back to it for details about the upcoming festivities—such as dress code or travel details.
Add a password to protect event information
If you decide to create a shareable link for your event, Paperless Post Plus lets you add a password to keep your event information private, ensuring that only the people you want to view it have access. This feature is especially helpful if you share your event link with guests on social media or through a messaging app—any place where others may be able to see it.
Customize your Email Style
You’ve already customized the look and feel of your invitations, and with Paperless Post Plus, you can also customize and brand the email your guests see before they even open your invitation! Choose from several Email Styles that include different fonts and colors, and replace our logo if you want to add in your own branding.
Organize guests into groups with Guest Tags
After you’ve sent your invitations, create Guest Tags to group attendees into different categories. Don’t worry—Guest Tags are only visible to the host, not to your guests.
You can create Guest Tags to organize guests into groups such as “bride’s side” or “groom’s side” for weddings, “family” or “high school friend” for bridal showers, or even “wants to bowl” or “doesn’t want to bowl” for birthday parties—whatever makes sense for your event.
Guest Tags can be added from your Tracking page. Once you’ve tagged your guests, you can filter your guest list and select specific groups of tagged guests to send follow-up messages to. If you choose to export your guest list, Guest Tags will also be included.
Confirm guests’ attendance with Guest Check-In
