Cecilia E. Ramos is the Sr. Director – Architectural Market for Lutron Electronics, where she is responsible for leading Lutron’s expertise in Architecture and Design. Cecilia’s background is in lighting design, interior design, and architecture, and she has a passion for the intersection of technology, art, and design. Before joining Lutron, she travelled the world designing the lighting of luxury retail brands as a Director at award winning lighting design firm L’Observatoire International.

SUSAN WEISS
The daughter of an architect who was also an avid collector—and the company’s namesake, Harold Emerson Bailey—by an early age Susan was surrounded by the rare. Studying design at university, Susan embraced interior design as the marriage of those special finds she constantly sourced and the emotionally resonant environments that housed them. In 1994 Susan launched her design firm, Bailey Interiors, which in 2016 evolved into the full-service Emerson Bailey of today.
