Through our Diversity & Inclusion group (DIG), we brainstorm, strategize, and engage with executives and employees to help foster an inclusive environment that supports us all.

We learn from each other

Our best work is the work we create together. We encourage regular cross-team peer collaboration, culminating in an annual, multi-day hackathon at our HQ in NYC for both local and remote employees. Achievements and ongoing projects are highlighted and presented bi-weekly in company-wide sessions, and frequent Town Halls keep everyone in the loop.

When it comes to bringing people together, we practice what we preach. In addition to Halloween costume contests, Friendsgiving in the canteen, birthdays, and fun team outings, we celebrate our wins company-wide with quarterly, all-inclusive parties attended by employees both near and far.
