Paperless Post exists to help all people celebrate all the moments that matter to them. We believe that building a team reflective of the diverse world around us empowers us to create a product that serves everyone. Through our Diversity & Inclusion group (DIG), we brainstorm, strategize, and engage with executives and employees to help foster an inclusive environment that supports us all.
Our best work is the work we create together. We encourage regular cross-team peer collaboration, culminating in an annual, multi-day hackathon at our HQ in NYC for both local and remote employees. Achievements and ongoing projects are highlighted and presented bi-weekly in company-wide sessions, and frequent Town Halls keep everyone in the loop.
When it comes to bringing people together, we practice what we preach. In addition to Halloween costume contests, Friendsgiving in the canteen, birthdays, and fun team outings, we celebrate our wins company-wide with quarterly, all-inclusive parties attended by employees both near and far.
We focus on improvement, not perfection. Our growth and success are dependent on our willingness to seek, offer, and internalize feedback—among ourselves, and from our users. We are resourceful, working to fix immediate issues collaboratively and develop practical solutions for present and potential challenges. And we are a positive force. We work with positive intent and good faith—and assume our colleagues are doing the same. We treat ourselves and our colleagues with empathy and respect.
